Scott is a Healthcare Leader, and Critical Care Flight Paramedic In British Columbia, Canada at the crossroad of Aviation and Medicine. Prior to moving to BC, Scott was a Critical Care Paramedic in Ontario, Canada and a Deputy Chief of Paramedic Services; with leadership expertise in quality, safety, professional standards, education and operations of high risk and high reliability emergency service organizations. Scott’s experience as a transformational leader span national and international projects. Scott is actively sharing his expertise in Human and Organizational Performance, safety differently and Quality Improvement to make industry and healthcare safer, more efficient and reduce waste while improving the workplace culture to bring about a trusting, open and mentally safe work space.
Scott has a BHSc from Medicine Hat College in Alberta, Canada and is currently a MScHQ student at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario; specializing in Quality, Risk, Safety, Human Factors and Law. Scott is a Certified Municipal Manager, Executive Level and Certified Health Executive(c).
