After the Call
The manual
After the Call: A Learning From Events Manual for Fire, Paramedic and Healthcare Services. Free under a Creative Commons licence.
What it is
A method you can adopt
The manual sets out a complete way to learn from events: event triage, three tiers of review, a learning firewall, a model policy, and ready-to-use templates. It covers fire, paramedic and healthcare services, with sector notes where practice differs. It is written for Ontario first, with pointers for other provinces.

General information, not legal advice
The manual is general information. Review any policy you adopt with counsel and against your collective agreements. Statutory processes always take precedence.
