One log per SCBA for its service life, kept by the SCBA technician in {{Records system}}. It holds the unit’s identity, its technician-level events (acceptance, annual flow test, repair, parts, upgrade, adverse condition, retirement) and a pointer to the daily and weekly user sheets, which live in SWP - SCBA Daily and After-Use Inspection and Cleaning. The record set is the one the care and maintenance standard expects for SCBA: inventory by serial, inspections, cleaning, maintenance and repairs with parts and test results, adverse-condition events, and retirement (NFPA 1850, 2026, ch. 14 and 17), and the maintenance records the respirator standard requires (CSA Z94.4-18, cl. 14).
