Completed during the management review by the senior officer responsible for H&S, read back at the close, signed by the fire chief, and issued within 10 working days to attendees, program managers and the JOHSC; a member summary (Part G) reaches every station within 30 days (Management Review sections 2 and 6). Sections A to E record the outputs ISO 45001 requires of a management review: conclusions on suitability, adequacy and effectiveness; improvement opportunities; changes to the system; resources; actions; and communication to workers (ISO 45001:2018, cl. 9.3). Every action and objective receives a Corrective Action Register ID so that next year’s first agenda item can be answered from the register. The record is retained for 10 years.

Priority is the department’s one scale, the same one the Corrective Action Register uses for every deficiency; the due date is the one the priority sets unless the fire chief sets an earlier one. P1 (Imminent): interim control immediately, the same shift, with the fire chief and JOHSC co-chairs told within 24 hours; plan due in two working days; closed within seven days. P2 (Serious): interim control within 24 hours where practicable; plan due in seven days; closed within 30 days. P3 (Moderate): plan due in 30 days; closed within 90 days. P4 (Improvement): plan by the next quarterly program update; closed within 365 days or the next budget cycle. Extensions and escalation follow the register.
